1. General Rule
Refunds apply only to payments made through the Farida wallet for purchasing property shares or paying related fees.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Platform fees charged by Farida at the time of buying or selling shares are non-refundable.
3. Refunds for Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails or is charged twice, the extra amount is refunded back to your wallet once the transaction is verified.
4. Refunds Before Share Allocation
If the share purchase has not yet been allocated or confirmed, you may request a refund. The amount will be returned to your wallet balance.
5. Refunds After Share Allocation
Once shares are allocated to you, the transaction cannot be refunded. You can only resell the shares through the platform if available.
6. Withdrawal to Bank Accounts
Refunds processed back to your wallet can be withdrawn to your bank account following the standard withdrawal process and timelines.
7. Processing Time
Refund reviews typically take 1–3 business days. Bank withdrawals may take additional time depending on your bank.
